How it works

1. I come to you. A day inside your firm — your clients, your software stack, your review process, where the hours actually go.
2. We map the fleet.Together we pick the workflows worth automating first and define what “done” means for each — the same done-standard my own fleet runs on.
3. I take a Mac Mini home. Your fleet gets built on a machine dedicated to your firm: agents, browser lanes, credential vault, verification doctrine, cost routing.
4. Delivery and training. I bring the Mini back, install it in your office, and train you and your team until the first overnight run completes with your own eyes on it.
5. You own everything. Hardware, accounts, configs — yours. The optional maintenance retainer keeps me on call for updates and new workflows.

Why a Mac Mini

Your fleet runs on your desk, not my cloud. Client data stays inside your walls, the subscription costs stay on your accounts, and if we part ways, the machine keeps working. That’s the whole point.
